Our mission

Daktalink exists to help people understand their symptoms, find facilities, learn first aid and prevention, and use optional services like telemedicine when they are available — without replacing hospitals, pharmacies, or the doctors who know you best.

Built for Nigeria

We design around Nigerian states, languages, common conditions, and how people actually seek care — from community pharmacies to teaching hospitals. Listings and directories are for information; always confirm details by phone or in person before you travel or pay.

Safety and honesty

Our symptom checker and education content use structured questions and evidence-informed patterns, but they are not a diagnosis. If something might be an emergency, we show urgent guidance — please use local emergency numbers and real-world care.

Learn first aid & health tips

First Aid and health education help you prepare. Use Daily tips or check-ins when your account has them — small habits add up.

Account, language & easier reading

Use the menu (☰ on phones) to open all tools. Pick your language at the top. In the footer you can switch theme, turn on simple words, or use low-data mode if your connection is slow.

Doctors & telemedicine

When telemedicine is on for your account, you can request a doctor callback and follow up in your consult workspace. Test Results Help (when shown) explains lab or scan reports in plain language — it does not replace your doctor.

Pregnancy support

Open Pregnancy Support for week-by-week guidance, reminders, and education while you are expecting. It supports your journey — it does not replace antenatal visits or your midwife or doctor.

Mental wellness

When Mental Wellness is on for your account, you can explore self-help resources and structured support in the app. It is not for emergencies — if you or someone else may be in danger, seek local emergency or crisis help right away.

Patient transport

When Patient transport appears in your menu, browse trusted providers or book a ride where booking is enabled. Confirm pickup details, cost, and safety with the provider before you travel.
